AI works
I began my creative journey as a pre-digital artist. I learned video editing and filming using analogue techniques and started in graphic design before digital tools became common. Over time, I have lived through and mastered digital technology.
Now, with the rise of AI, I find myself in a similar position. AI and digital technology share many similarities. While many resist AI, I choose to embrace it fully and incorporate it into my work. I see AI as the perfect tool for expressing ideas clearly, allowing the machine to handle repetitive and unnecessary tasks so that we can create more.
The works below show how I combine my traditional skills with AI to produce strong, distinctive results.
What makes you feel good
I directed this music video by using OpenAI to generate characters and static shots. I then used Kling and Runway ML to create the animations. Starting from the given audio track and lyrics, I developed the concept and brought the vision to life with a range of AI tools. My background in motion design ensured the storytelling remained cohesive and the final timing felt natural.
Wave Goodbye
This is the second video in the Kindy Rock series. I transformed real-world characters into lively muppets. I used AI to refine and generate the character designs, then applied animation tools to bring them to life. My motion design experience guided the pacing, expressions, and overall visual harmony to create an engaging piece for young viewers.
MY FAVOURITE NUMBER
I created the characters for this piece with the help of AI image generation tools, then animated them using a combination of software before completing the composition in After Effects. This project shows how I integrate AI-generated elements into my established motion design process to achieve a unique look while keeping full artistic control.
Rabbit, Carrot, Habit
I created this music video on a very low budget, working single-handedly and completing it in only three days. The characters were drawn by hand and then re-imagined using Midjourney. The animations were also generated with Midjourney. I then assembled the results in After Effects to produce the final video.
Unravelling anxiety animations
For this documentary series focused on mental health and anxiety awareness, I used ChatGPT to write JavaScript code for After Effects to achieve complex animations. I also created the animations using Stable Diffusion and trained the models with a very early version of the tool in 2023, before the release of ComfyUI and major advancements in animation features.
This project demonstrates a hybrid workflow that blends traditional motion design skills with AI tools to accelerate production while maintaining strong creative control.
Kannibal Xmas
For this music video, I started with hand-drawn characters on paper and used AI to render them in a striking three-dimensional style. I generated key scene images with various AI tools and then animated the full sequence. My traditional animation skills ensured smooth movement and a clear narrative flow, blending analogue roots with new technology. Producing this animation single-handedly and on an extremely low budget was only possible through the use of AI.
Christmas tree
This was my first video for the Kindy Rock series. I developed the characters based on real references and animated them using several AI tools. My motion design direction shaped the timing, energy, and visual appeal, resulting in a fun and cohesive piece that demonstrates my ability to use AI effectively for children’s content.
Ants in my pants
In this energetic music video, I generated a variety of characters with AI and prepared them as cut-out animations for After Effects. With further refinement in image editing software, I maintained strong artistic control over the final motion. The project highlights how I use AI selectively to speed up the creative process within a traditional animation workflow.
The Race
This is an ongoing personal project with a medium budget. It is an entirely AI-aided production, from budgeting and planning to scriptwriting, character development, character and shot design, animation, voices, and music.
This film serves as a strong showcase of what can be achieved in a serious animated project with the help of AI.
A groundbreaking animated fictional documentary, "The Race" re-examines Aesop’s classic fable "The Hare and the Tortoise" by asking a provocative question: What if the Hare’s infamous defeat was not a moral failing, but the unacknowledged struggle of undiagnosed ADHD?
The film explores the untold story of what happened after the finish line. Through compelling interviews with animal witnesses, this animated short unravels the events of the race and its devastating aftermath. It examines the profound public shaming that forced the Hare into exile, and how the mantra “Slow and steady wins the race” became an unyielding societal dogma.
"The Race" is a poignant exploration of judgment, neurodiversity, and the enduring power of societal narratives. It highlights the signs that, in retrospect, point to the Hare’s undiagnosed ADHD – from his impulsive bragging and interruptions to his sudden distraction and infamous nap. The film challenges viewers to reconsider deeply ingrained lessons and to look beyond surface behaviours to understand hidden struggles.

AI workshops
I host practical AI workshops designed to show a general audience how artificial intelligence can improve productivity in both professional and personal settings. These hands-on sessions are designed specifically for beginners and those without a technical background. We focus on real-world applications that help you save time and automate repetitive tasks. My goal is to show you how to work more effectively without using any confusing jargon or overwhelming complexity.
The foundation of my teaching comes from my own journey through the evolution of technology. I have moved from traditional analogue techniques through the rise of digital tools and into the current era of artificial intelligence. By sharing my personal experiences, I can provide straightforward strategies that deliver immediate value to your work. You will learn how to embrace these new tools with confidence and integrate them into your daily routines, so they become a genuine advantage for your business or personal projects.
Whether you are a small business owner, a creative professional, or a freelancer, these workshops offer the clear guidance you need to work smarter. They are also perfect for anyone who is simply curious about how to make technology work for them. I provide the support and knowledge needed to make AI a useful and reliable part of your life.
AI Music
I have started creating music using artificial intelligence, mainly with Suno.
This new chapter allows me to explore music production quickly and creatively. I generate songs with AI and release the final tracks on Spotify under the artist name Ardi Himself.
This work reflects my ongoing approach of adapting to emerging technologies. Just as I transitioned from analogue techniques to digital tools, I now integrate AI into music creation, using it to handle repetitive tasks so I can focus on ideas, direction, and final artistic decisions.
The result is a growing collection of original music that demonstrates how AI can expand creative possibilities while remaining under strong human control.
Experimental projects
This section is dedicated to my personal explorations in AI. I enjoy taking creative ideas and seeing how technology can bring them to life. These projects are about more than just testing software. They are about finding clever ways to use AI for unique, real-world results.
Digital Ghostwriting
I developed a custom GPT to act as a personal ghostwriter for my memoir. By training the AI on my own experiences and voice, I have created a collaborative partner that helps me structure my life story and turn memories into a compelling narrative.
From Ancient History to 3D Printing
One of my most detailed projects involves turning historical art into physical objects. I used ChatGPT and Gemini to design orthographic views of chess pieces based on the ancient reliefs of Persepolis.
